Our Stewardship

We foster biodiversity, nurturing growth, and respecting natural cycles, much like Artemis herself.

Through practices and programming, Artemis Collaborative promotes a renowned commitment to land stewardship through indigenous agronomic and agroforestry practices. Additionally, through its conservation practices and programming, the organization will further work to preserve fragile ecosystems, especially the protection of rare species and their habitats.

Our focus is on propagating plants with significant historical roots, including American persimmon and pawpaw trees. These plants were historically cultivated by key American figures. The farm’s effort to propagate these historically significant plants will not only honor the legacy of historic figures but also serve by attracting visitors interested in historical agriculture and cultivation.

The farm will not only honor early American settlers but also the indigenous peoples who shaped the agricultural landscape of the nation and demonstrate its philosophy of cultivation.
